With a strong experience in provincial politics, Mr. Leclerc is a high-level strategic advisor with over twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur and manager. He has served as Chief of Staff for the Quebec government where he actively worked on the first Quebec legislation governing cannabis.

With over 50 members, Quebec’s Cannabis Industry Association (AQIC) is committed to working with government and stakeholders to advance Quebec’s cannabis industry to its full potential and encourage innovation through science and technology. AQIC provides a space to share information and reflect on common challenges and opportunities. AQIC also plays an educational role, analyzing policies to suggest best practices to government authorities while disseminating relevant information to the public.
